By accessing or using Deal Insights ("the Service"), operated at dealinsights.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
Deal Insights is a sales intelligence platform that provides AI-powered analysis of sales call transcripts, deal scoring (BANT/MEDDIC frameworks), win probability assessments, team collaboration features, CRM integrations, and related sales analytics tools.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may not use another person's account without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required during the trial period. After the trial expires, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service.
We offer the following subscription plans:
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' prior notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] for refund requests.
You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Service, including sales call transcripts, deal information, and historical data ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and store it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights. You represent that you have the necessary permissions to upload and process any transcripts or business data.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate deal analyses, scores, and recommendations. These AI-generated insights are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. You should exercise your own judgment when making business decisions based on these analyses.
You agree not to:
Team managers are responsible for the activities of their team members on the Service. Managers control team membership, roles, and access to shared data. By inviting a team member, you confirm that the individual is authorized to access the team's data.
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms such as HubSpot. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality (excluding Your Content), is and will remain the exclusive property of Deal Insights. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEAL INSIGHTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deal Insights and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data prior to termination through the Profile page.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
