Our platform uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) to analyze your sales call transcripts and generate insights. Your transcripts are processed to provide BANT/MEDDIC scoring, win probability assessments, and actionable recommendations. We do not use your business data to train AI models. Transcript data is sent to our AI provider solely for the purpose of generating your analysis results.
